So, we’re making progress on the moon terrain. I’ve been scouring through my old back of tricks, and I’ve even come up with a few new ones.
Now, what you’re seeing here is just basic “rockcraft” with foam board. But you do see that there is a strange space in between the boards, right? Well that is Concrete Patch. It works a lot like drywall compound, except it has a much stronger bond, and it even adds weight! No more having hills blow off the table because somebody turned on a fan somewhere. Sure, the spaces look odd, but once you do the next step, adding PVA glue and the first layer of substrate, it starts to take shape.
Of course, I still have a long way to go to complete this project. But it has been a lot of fun. I hope you guys enjoy following along with me. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please feel free to post below! I’d be happy to hear from you.
